Club Overview
The Management Forum is a dynamic platform dedicated to the comprehensive development of management and leadership skills for students in BBA, BMS, BCA and allied branches. Our forum bridges the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations by fostering a culture of leadership, innovation, and managerial excellence. It serves as a launchpad for students to gain practical, real-world experience, preparing them for future challenges in the corporate business world.
Objectives for the club -
- To provide a structured environment for students to enhance managerial, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- To turn every club event into a live training ground for applying the POSDC framework (Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, and Controlling).
- To organize interactive workshops, business simulations, and case study competitions that offer practical exposure.
- To host and participate in inter-college management competitions to raise the institution's profile.
- To facilitate cross-functional collaboration with technical and research clubs for holistic development.
- To bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations, enhancing student employability.
