MCA :
Government Seats :
Admission for Government Seats is carried out as per schedule declared by the Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai (DTE-Mumbai) from time to time. For more details visit DTE website.
Admission Process for Institute level Seats :
The detailed admission procedure for Institute level will be notified on announcement from R. C. Patel Institute of Management Research & Development, Shirpur. The Director of Institute will invite applications for the Minority seats available by giving publicity in News Papers. Aspiring candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria given above should apply directly to the Director, R. C. Patel Institute of Management Research & Development, Shirpur. Such seats will be filled by Institute strictly on merit basis at Institute level.

Seats Remaining Vacant after CAP Round and Minority :
Admission process for seats remaining vacant after CAP round will be carried out separately. Schedule will be displayed on Notice Board as well as on the website of Institute.
M.M.S. (Computer Management)
Note: - CET is Mandatory for the Admission to MMS Course
- Notification- Admission process starts after the declaration of result of final year of all the Faculties (B.A. /B.Com. /B.Sc. / B.C.A. / B.B.A. / B.M.S / BBA(e-Comm.)).
- Availability of admission forms and submission of all necessary documents up to next 3 weeks.
- Merit list will be displayed on notice board of institute after 2 days.
- Direct admission on the basis of merit list will start on next day [first round of admission] and will continue on next day [total 2 days].
- Second round of admission against vacant sheets starts immediately on next day of first round completion.
MCA Integrated / BCA / BBA / BMS :
Step 1: Online CET Registration:
- Candidate visits the official website of CET Cell Maharashtra
- Fills the Online Application Form
- Uploads required Documents & Photograph
- Pays Application Fee

Step 2: Admit Card Download:
- CET Cell releases admit cards online
- Candidate logs-in and Downloads Admit Card
- Check Exam Date, Center, and Instructions
Step 3: Appear for MAH B-CET 2025 Exam:
- Attend entrance test as per schedule
- Computer-based exam with MCQs
- Keep Hall Ticket and Valid ID Proof
Step 4: Result Declaration:
- CET Cell declares MAH B-CET scores online
- Candidate logs in to check and Download the Scorecard
Step 5: Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Registration:
- Register on CAP portal (cetcell.mahacet.org)
- Upload scanned documents for verification
- Select program (BCA / BBA / BMS / MCA (Integrated)) and colleges of preference
Step 6: Document Verification & Confirmation:
- E-Scrutiny mode or Physical Scrutiny at designated centers
- Confirm application by verifying documents
Step 7: Provisional Merit List Release:
- Check Name, Rank, and Details
- Raise objections (if any) within given timeframe
Step 8: Final Merit List Release:
- Final Merit List Published after resolving objections
After that start Rounds,
CAP Round I – Option Form Filling
- Fill choice of colleges & courses
- Submit preferences online
CAP Round I Allotment
- Check seat allotment
- Accept seat or participate in next round
Reporting to Allotted Institute
- Pay fees
- Confirm admission by submitting original documents
CAP Round II / III (If Required)
- Participate in further rounds if not allotted seat or wish to upgrade.
- Follow the same process for allotment & reporting.
Final Admission Confirmation
- Seat is confirmed after reporting to institute & payment of fees
- Begin academic year
Note :
1. Scholarship will applicable for SC/ ST/ NT / SBC / OBC / EBC category as per rules mentioned by Government of Maharashtra only for the candidates whose admission is in Government Quota. And not applicable for any candidate whose admission is through Minority / Institute Quota for MCA course only.
2. Scholarship will be applicable to the courses MCA/ MMS / BCA / BBA / BMS as per Government rules.
