On 26 th September 2025, Staff Welfare Committee of the institute organized session on Mastering Your Money: A Session on Financial Planning. This session was organised with an intention to gain insight about how personal finances can be managed effectively. Resource person for the session was Mr. Rahul Jain, Branch Manager, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Pvt. Ltd. Dhule. At the outset, Co-ordinator of the Staff Welfare Committee Mr. Sufiyan Bagwan gave brief introduction of the resource person. Asst. Director and HOD of MCA and MCA (Integrated) department Dr. Manoj Behere Sir felicitated Mr. Rahul Jain. During this session Mr. Rahul Jain provided valuable insights on different aspects of financial planning such as protection, investment, pension, and savings. The transformation from conventional investment methods into new and innovative avenues was discussed. Examples of various corporate groups and their marketing strategies were cited during this session. Rising prices of gold and silver, its probable impact on the equity market had been also highlighted. Resource person urge everyone to invest with a long term perspective. Doubts of the faculty members were nicely solved by the resource person. Total 62 faculty members and non-teaching staff attended this session. Session was carried out under the guidance of director Dr. Vaishali Patil Mam. This session was organized by Staff Welfare Committee. Committee members Mr. Sachin Surana, Ms. Roshani Baviskar, Mrs. Vrushali Tambe carried out various responsibilities for successful execution.
