Online Rangoli Competition 2020-21
On the occasion of KBC North Maharashtra University name extension on 11th August & the University establishment anniversary on 15th August, Yuvati Sabha division under Students Development Department of C.G. Patil College, Sakri & KBC NMU, Jalgaon collaboratively arranged at University level online Rangoli competition. The theme of the competition was based on the life journey of a noted Marathi poet Kaviyitri Bahinabai Chaudhari. The objective behind arranging this competition was to keep & develop the innovative arts developing among the students & to spread the awareness of the Khandesh born Marathi poet Kaviyitri Bahinabai Chaudhari. The competition experienced zealous participation from 25 girls students from among the various colleges under KBC NMU, Jalgaon.
The cash prize for the first three winners was organized & students were expected to click a Geo- tagged photograph along with the Rangoli as per the specification mentioned to them in the rules of the competition in advance & last date to submit the photo was 14th August 2020. RCPET IMRD’s students shined in this university level competition with flying results.
Ms. Sonawane Prajakta Bhagwan from SYBCA won the first prize in this competition. Ms. Mali Leena Bhagwan from MCA-II & Ms. Godhwani Payal Anil from TYBBA both have been awarded third prize. Prof. Pankajkumar Nannaware, Director of Students welfare department, KBC NMU, Jalgaon expressed satisfaction & pleasure over witnessing the creativity & beauty of the Rangolis drawn by the winners. All the winners and participants were congratulated for their achievements by Director Dr. Vaishali B. Patil Madam, HODs, faculty members and administrative staff.
