Institute organized an industrial visit to Omshree Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. MIDC Dhule Mishribai Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd., MIDC Dhule13 th March 2026. The visit was arranged for the students of First Year BBA and First Year BMS with the primary objective of bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industrial exposure. Omshree Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. Mishribai Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd is a well-established organization engaged in agro-based industrial operations. The company plays a significant role in production, management, and distribution processes, offering valuable insights into modern industrial practices. During the visit, students were given a detailed walkthrough of the company’s premises. The company representatives provided in-depth explanations and practical demonstrations related to various functional departments. Students learned about overall facility management, coordination between departments, and operational workflows that ensure smooth functioning of the organization. The finance department provided insights into capital allocation; budgeting processes, cost control, and preparation of financial reports, helping students understand financial decision-making in real business scenarios. The HR team explained recruitment procedures, employee welfare policies, training and development, and workforce management strategies, highlighting the importance of human capital in organizational success. Students gained knowledge about marketing strategies, product positioning, distribution channels, and customer relationship management, which are essential for business growth and sustainability. The visit was further enriched by the guidance and interaction with key personnel of the organization: Mr. Sachin Agrawal, Director of Omshree Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Ashok Agrawal, Director Mishribai Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Ashok Chaubey senior Plant Head. Their practical insights, experience sharing, and interactive sessions provided students with a deeper understanding of industry expectations and professional practices. Following the industrial visit, a spiritual excursion was arranged to the Swami Narayan Temple. Students had the opportunity to meetSwami Aanand Jivan, which added a dimension of moral values, discipline, and personal development to the overall experience. This visit helped students reflect on the importance of ethics and balance in professional life. The industrial visit proved to be a highly enriching and successful learning experience. It effectively bridged the gap between classroom teaching and real-world industrial practices. Students gained valuable insights into factory operations, organizational hierarchy, and core management functions. The combination of industrial exposure and cultural experience made the trip both educational and memorable.
